Service Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all inspection, servicing, cleaning, and maintenance
provided by AquaFix Water Purifier Service.
1. Scope of Service
Services include inspection, cleaning, and replacement of water purifier
consumables as per the selected plan. Services are limited to
domestic RO / UV / UF systems unless stated otherwise.
2. Free Inspection
- Applicable only for first-time customers.
- Includes basic inspection, TDS check, and input pressure check.
- No parts replacement or deep cleaning is included.
- Paid service applies if work is required.
Free inspection does not guarantee issue resolution or repair.
3. Service Plans & Frequency
- Cleaning Plan – approx. every 1.5 months
- Basic Service – approx. every 3 months
- Standard Service – approx. every 9 months
- Premium Service – approx. every 2 years
Actual service frequency may vary depending on water quality,
usage, and local conditions.
4. Parts & Consumables
- Only parts listed under the selected plan are included.
- Additional parts (pump, UV lamp, chamber, tubing, etc.)
are chargeable with prior customer approval.
- Used or replaced parts are non-refundable.
5. Service Compatibility & Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if the parts available
with us are not compatible with the customer’s existing water purifier
or installation setup.
In such cases, no service charges will be applied.
Where feasible, we may suggest compatible parts or recommend modifications
to the existing purifier setup to improve performance and enable smoother
servicing in the future. Any such suggestions are optional and will be
implemented only after customer approval.
6. Pricing & Payment
- Payment is to be made after service completion.
- Prices may change due to material or market conditions.
- Quoted prices apply only for the selected visit.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide proper access to the purifier.
- Ensure electrical and plumbing points are functional.
- Inform about previous repairs or known issues.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
Consumables such as filters and membranes do not carry service warranty
as their life depends on water quality and usage.
Manufacturer warranty, if any, is governed by the brand.
9. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Appointments can be rescheduled subject to availability.
- Repeated cancellations may lead to service refusal.
10. Limitation of Liability
AquaFix shall not be responsible for indirect damage,
water quality variations, or pre-existing system faults.
Liability is limited to the service amount paid.
11. Acceptance of Terms
Booking a service or selecting a plan confirms acceptance
of these service terms.
